An exceptional classic. We have toiled away for months to get the recipe and composition just right. We wanted to do justice to the heritage of Absinthe using an ancient recipe but giving it a modern twist.

We make our Absinthe in very small, micro batches of 150 bottles at a time. This is to ensure consistency of flavour and potency of end product.

We only add 3 herbs post distillation, purely for colour and to round out the balance of flavours. Completely natural.  Herbaceous on the nose, reminiscent of a wet rainforest. Undeniably Absinthe with a menthol finish. Intense louche.
