Citrus-Cello Liqueur

38% ABV | 700ml

Our Citrus-Cello is made in the traditional Italian way, with water, alcohol, citrus peels and sugar then steeped for at least six months. A strong aromatic liqueur but retaining the tanginess of fresh Citrus including Lemon, Limes, Pomelo and Bergamot. We have added our own touch with a hint of Mandarin rinds and a tiny bit of star anise for a balanced flavour.

Traditionally rather sweet, we opted to use less sugar, can be served after a main meal as an intense palate cleanser or great cocktail additive.

This is a non-filtered product, if anything we only strain out the chunks, leaving a lovely cloudy beverage. Sedimentation may occur over time, so please give a gentle shake of the bottle prior to serving. Best Served out of the freezer in a frosty shot glass.
